- How many photos should I upload for best results?Upload 1 to 10 recent selfies of just you. More isn't always better: a handful of sharp, well-lit photos from a few angles gives the best results.
- How fast is the entire process from upload to results?Most photos are ready in minutes. There's no personal AI model to train first: you upload your selfies, pick your looks and your photos start arriving.
Photos and styles
- What photo styles and categories are available?Every plan includes 6 photo packs: LinkedIn Headshot, Business Casual, Dating Photos, Gym & Fitness, Creative Portraits and Artistic Studio. Premium packs such as Executive Suite or Old Money cost $5.99 to $9.99 each.
- When should I use different types of photos (LinkedIn, dating, business)?Match the photo to the place: a clean headshot for LinkedIn and your CV, a relaxed business casual photo for company pages, and natural everyday photos for dating apps.
- Are the AI-generated photos actually professional quality?Often, yes: the best photos look like a studio session, with good light, a clean backdrop and sharp detail in HD or 4K. Not every photo will be a keeper, so you pick the ones that look like you and skip the rest.
- Why choose AI photography over traditional photographers?Price, time and range. A studio session often costs hundreds and takes weeks to arrange; PhotoGuru starts at $9.99, works from your selfies and gives you many looks at once. For some jobs a photographer is still the better choice.
Pricing and refunds
- What are your pricing plans and what's included?Three one-time plans: Starter is $9.99 for 10 photos, Popular $19.99 for 30 and Pro $49.99 for 100. There's no subscription, credits never expire, and every plan includes a personal and commercial license.
- Can I request a refund? What is your refund policy?Yes. If the photos don't work for you, tell us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you.
- Can I use the generated photos commercially? What are the usage rights?Yes. Every plan includes a personal and commercial license, so you can use your photos on LinkedIn, your CV, your company website, in marketing, in print and on social media.
Privacy and data
- How secure and private are my photos? What happens to my data?New originals upload directly from your browser to our AI provider, FAL, not to PhotoGuru's own storage or database. We save the photos and videos we generate for your gallery. Older uploads may remain until legacy cleanup completes.
- Is my data secure? What security measures do you have in place?New originals go directly from your browser to FAL, not to PhotoGuru's storage or database. We store the photos and videos we generate for your gallery. AI providers need access to your images to process them.
- Can I delete my photos and data from your system?Yes. Email privacy@photoguruai.com to request deletion. New originals go directly to FAL, not to PhotoGuru's storage; older uploads may remain until legacy cleanup completes, and provider retention and gallery outputs are handled separately.
