Yes. If the photos don't work for you, tell us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you.
We'd rather refund you than leave you with photos you won't use.
How to ask for a refund
- Contact us within 7 days of your purchase through the contact form or at support@photoguruai.com.
- Include the email address on your account and a line about what went wrong.
- We'll refund the payment to the card or wallet you paid with. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.
Before you ask
Most disappointing results come from the selfies. Blurry, dark or heavily filtered photos give weaker results. Try a new round with a few sharp, well-lit selfies first: see how many photos to upload.
